I am completely immersed in stillness. I'm hesitant to tell them how I really feel. Every time I consider that I might be to blame for who I am, my thoughts try to murder me. Despite my best efforts, I am always the one who suffers the most while dealing with them. 
I could only get temporary relief from my pain by committing violence against myself.
