A day with the queen~
Once every twenty-one days, the king's wives go to the magic pool to bathe. It was believed that the pool was actually the queen's source of lasting beauty, health, and enrichment.
The magic pool was located inside the green room (garden). Inside the green room was a secret door accessible only to the king's wives. Not even royal maidens, guards, or even the king could enter.
Today was another such good day when the Queens were to go to the magic pool for their bath, and Elizabeth was really excited about it.
Knowing that the other queens would all be present, Elizabeth wasn't excited to meet them, especially the king's first wife, Queen Bianca, the most powerful queen of all. Instead, Elizabeth was excited to meet the fairies that lived there.
Fairies were believed to be magical creatures last seen centuries ago, since the early existence of the people of Austro. Not until the great wall between the three realms, fairies had gone on hiding, and not many had seen them except in magical places such as the magic pool.
"My Queen, please slow down so you don't trip and fall," Kira advises Elizabeth, who was walking fast and making it difficult for even Cristal, her personal guard, to keep up.
"Where did you say the magic pool is located again?" Elizabeth asked.
"In the garden, my Queen. Just behind the tall blooming peach tree is a wall, but not just an ordinary wall, but a door," Kira explained, still trying to keep up with the Queen's pace.
"Don't worry, I will take it from here," Elizabeth said, dismissing her maid and her royal guard immediately upon reaching the greenroom entrance.
"My queen..."Kira softly called before leaving alongside Cristal, "Please be careful, "Kira quickly added. Elizabeth smiled, knowing how much Kira cared for her. She didn't expect anything less; she felt lucky to have her as a maid.
"I will. You don't need to worry," Elizabeth responds to her. Kira and Cristal finally left.
Even after Elizabeth had reassured Kira that she would be safe, Kira still felt as though something would go wrong. Nervously, Kira walked along the palace towards the kitchen, looking very worried.
Noticing this, Cristal tried to talk to her, "Are you still worried that something would happen to the queen?"Kira turned to Cristal, trying to compose herself. "She will be fine," Cristal added firmly.
"You don't understand, I've been in this palace longer than you, and I know when to be scared or not. The queen is going to meet with the other queen at the magic pool," Kira gasped.
"So?" Cristal didn't understand what Kira was trying to say. "Alone. She's going to face them alone, haven't you been listening to the rumors going around?" Kira asked, and Cristal only gave a confused look in return.
"The king's first wife had purposely refused to see Queen Elizabeth, but today she would when no maid nor guard is watching, what if she..."
" Calm down, calm down." Cristal took Kira into his arms, seeing how she was shaking. He didn't understand why she cared that much, not that she shouldn't, but that Kira had already grown so very much attached to the queen.
Feeling the strong, manly arms around her, Kira felt a warmth within her and something bubbling, as she almost forgot the fear she had felt a few seconds ago.
But immediately she pushed the hands away from her as though she had just seen a ghost. Her face in shock, "What happened?" Cristal asked, surprised by Kira's sudden action.
Kira seemed to stammer with her words before saying, "Nothing...it's nothing," and immediately turned to leave before he could notice the blush on her cheek.
Cristal felt further confused. Did he make her feel better or worse? He wondered, but it was useless because she had already left.

Finally being alone in the greenroom, Elizabeth glanced around in search of the blooming peach tree, but it took her several minutes, though, as she wasn't familiar with the palace garden.
Finally, she saw the blooming peach tree at the very end of the garden, and behind it was a wall. Elizabeth walked towards it. She was confused about how to open it because there was no knot or handle.
Feeling so confused, Elizabeth wondered why she hadn't asked how she could get in. Feeling frustrated, Elizabeth unconsciously placed her hand on the wall, and then she felt it go through the wall.
Immediately, Elizabeth realized that the wall was penetrable. She placed her second hand to confirm, and when she had done that, she felt someone drag her into the wall.
"Huh!" Elizabeth muttered with eyes closed. Elizabeth opened her eyes only to see that she was in a whole new garden, and the queen jasmine, along with Luna and Anna, were staring at her.
"We were wondering if you were going to come on not, "Elizabeth heard them chuckle.
"We were expecting you, and you were taking too much time, so I decided to help you," Queen Jasmine said. She was wearing a Rode made of thick cotton wool, similar to what Luna, Anna, and she were wearing.
"Were you the one that..." Elizabeth wanted to know if it was Queen Jasmine who dragged her in. "Yes, I was. Now come, let's take a swim at the pool," Jasmine said, smiling brightly, before taking off her robe. She took Elizabeth's hands and led her towards the pool and into the pool with the rest of the other queens behind them.
"Argh," Elizabeth felt the cold water on her skin. "It's so cold."
Queen Anna swims toward Elizabeth and Jasmine. "Allow me," she said to Elizabeth before enchanting a spell on the water, making it warm instantly.
"Wow, did you just do that?" Elizabeth asked, surprised. She knew the other queens had powers, but she never knew what theirs were.
Somewhere in the garden, someone chuckled lightly and softly, "Let me guess, you must be Elizabeth, the king's new toy."
"Who's there?" Elizabeth instantly turned toward the voice. Only to behold the clear image of someone she had never met but only heard of, Queen Bianca.
