The next jump was to a rare Level 3 town about 10,000 kilometers Northeast of Ossen Town called Vagyo Town.
It was a beautiful mountaintop city with cool but comfortable weather and a great view. It was surrounded by quite a number of villages and lower level towns, and it also had ample amounts of resources, allowing it to develop in its current appearance.
One of the specialties here was the Taas plant, a plant that grew well in high altitudes. It was one of the ingredients for the stabilizing compound in their elementalist uniforms. Having more meant that the durability of their elementalist equipment would increase, and they could make more.
They did not have a lot of stock before because they only originally had one seed, and it took time to propagate. It was also why not every elementalist guard had this upgraded uniform before.
