Suffice it to say, the new dwarves surprisingly integrated quite well. On the very same day they arrived, one would be able to see some of them hanging in the 'short people' pubs and restaurants, though most of the newcomers pretty much camped in the Theme Park.
The theme park was a long-term construction project, and they had a barracks area there. Don't look at the place within the same territory, Alterra was no longer small and was even larger than a medium-sized Terran City now.
Another was that the labor force also had some immigrants. The Alterrans who had been in Alterra long enough, as long as they worked hard, would've already risen in the ranks of life. They were unlikely to go into manual labor.
On the other hand, there were plenty of non-Alterrans who hoped to stay in Alterra, though they couldn't necessarily afford to rent their own house yet.
Anyway, the dwarves now had their own customized dorm room in the barracks.
