What is this place?' I thought before feeling alot of pain "agh!, what- why ami feeling this pain? Is this heaven or hell?."
I tried to do something as best I could to stop this pain but I couldn't do nothing I shouted for helped for anyone to come and help me to stop this pain but none came.

Here is a fact that I got told by the god it is not rare to get reincarnate in other worlds but you can only reincarnate in your multiverse because of the law that said you can't go to other multiverse only yours, I had no people m with that.

Jougan? I have watch boruto anime but the dojutsu jougan didn't showed a lot of abilities only slow time or teleporting the user to other places?.
