An orange crescent wave flew through the swamp, slicing past everything in its way, and it just so happened that Nova was part of those things; the crescent wave made no exceptions. Nova was sliced clean in half.
After being split into two halves, Nova burst into golden bits and then disappeared.
The clone responsible for that wave hurriedly turned to look behind it, alas, a golden hand had already passed right into its stomach before bursting it apart.
Nova sighed as she withdrew her hand. "You reap what you sow." Suddenly, another clone of the same appearance of the former appeared beside her, with its open palms covered in sharp orange energy.
*Pa!
A golden dagger appeared out from behind it and struck it in its head, making it disappear, strangely enough, to not revive again.
"Hm? Didn't I throw that thing in the air a minute ago?" She thought out loud. "I guess the clone gave up on running away from it. All there are now are two more clones."
