Hello to the readers. I know that I haven't updated the novel much, and it may have worn out your patience, so for that, I sincerely apologize.
Over the past few days, I've been thinking about what to do with this novel, considering how infrequently it has been updated.
Yes, part of the reason was a busy schedule, but I will be honest. I was burned out by this novel, which I started two years ago.
When I first began writing it, my writing was immature and inexperienced, which may not have resulted in a good reading experience and for that, I apologize.
On top of that, the lack of frequent updates caused many plot holes that didn't make sense, and inconsistent storytelling, making it confusing to read. At this point, I'm simply too embarrassed to read my own novel.
So, I have a thought: this will be the last update for this novel. But that does not mean I'm done writing I plan to overhaul it and rewrite it as a more experienced writer, in order to give you the best reading experience possible.
The overall plot will remain mostly the same, but the plot holes will be fixed so the story is more consistent as a whole.
By doing this, I believe it will give me the motivation to continue writing it all the way to the end.
But I don't want to cause trouble to the readers so I will give you a choice.
1. Rewrite the novel
Pro: Better reading experience
Con: It will likely take few months to rewrite all the chapters so there won't be new plot for a time being.
2. Continue writing the novel
Pro: New plot and chapters
Con: Bad reading experience and awkwardness when reading/rereading the first 70 chapters of the novel.
