After Alex and Kazuki had fallen in death, silence gripped the world.
High above the sky, Zodia floated—calm, untouchable.
In his hand formed a massive sphere of energy, one so vast it dwarfed not just the planet beneath him… but the entire solar system itself. Its glow painted the heavens in violent shades of purple and red.
Zodia gazed down at Earth.
"…Why does this feel familiar?"
His eyes narrowed slightly.
"…It's like I've done this before.", Zodia thought to himself
10,000 Years Ago
The sky was darker then. Heavier.
Zodia stood alone—facing two figures.
Zerio, the God of Monstrosity, cloaked in a raging red aura that twisted like a living beast.
Andragore, the God of Dragons and Phenomena, his body engulfed in green flames and crackling lightning, dragons coiling around him like extensions of his will. Both gods wore armour. Zerio wearing a slim black and red armour with wide spikey shoulders, while Andragore wore an armour green and white in colour. His was slightly more broader than that of his brother.
"Zodia!" Zerio's voice thundered.
"What is wrong with you?! Do you have any idea how much destruction you've caused?!"
His aura surged violently as he questioned him.
"Father left everything behind so existence could thrive—and you're tearing it apart! How many lives? How many worlds have you destroyed?! ANSWER ME!"
Andragore stepped forward, his voice lower—but sharper.
"Zodia… I don't understand why you're doing this. But it ends now."
A pause.
"I'll give you one chance. Stop this… or we will kill you.", his eyes narrowed while his tone became darker.
Zodia was silent for a moment.
Then… he smiled.
"Zerio… Andragore…"
"I do respect you both. Even when Father always casted me aside for being weak, you stayed by me."
His gaze darkened.
"But that doesn't matter."
He slowly raised his hand toward the sky.
"Because everything in this existence… is rotten."
His voice deepened.
"Everything our Father created knows nothing… but war."
He looked back at them—eyes glowing red, smile turning feral.
"Gods. Dragons. Demi-gods…"
"…Even humans."
The sky trembled.
"So I've made a decision."
Energy began to spiral around him in very violent manners.
"I will become the calamity that rejects all other calamities."
His aura exploded outward like an out of control storm. He had the force of thousands upon thousands of stars shooting out of his body.
"I will transcend everything… and become the one true god.", his voice echoed with excitement and anger at the same time as be declared.
Zerio's face showed a cold frown.
"…You've lost your mind."
Zodia's grin widened.
"Out of the 23 billion universes Father created… only this one contains life."
He stretched his arms outward, left and right.
"The rest?"
"…Empty."
"Filled with infinite power and knowledge."
His voice dropped into something colder.
"I'll destroy all life here… and claim all that power and knowledge for myself."
"…Then I will become God itself."
Silence.
Then—
Andragore spoke quietly:
"There's no point talking to him. He's gone."
Zerio nodded.
"Yeah."
Their powers violently erupted out of their bodies.
Zerio's aura exploded outward, forming a massive, uncontrollable monstrosity around him.
Andragore's green flames intensified, lightning tearing through space as dragons made out of said flames and lightning erupted from the ground and coiled around his body like living armor.
Zodia watched them… and smiled.
A blade materialized in his hand—
The Sword of Calamity.
"I guess It's come to this, brothers…"
His voice was almost excited.
"I'll start with you.". And with their powers shooting out of their bodies, they blitzed towards each other and started their fight with a clash
And in that very instant that they did—
The planet died.
Their collision shattered it instantly, forcing their explosive and dangerous battle into space.
Zerio unleashed beams from his sword that tore planets apart.
Andragore's dragons roared, releasing storms of lightning, flames, and cosmic winds powerful enough to trigger supernovas.
Zodia moved effortlessly between it all, dodging, weaving and tearing through the explosions of Zerio's beams, while also tearing through Andragore's dragons. As he used his [Sword Of Calamity] to cut through all of the lightning and flames shot at him by the dragons, Zodia couldn't help but to smile, enjoying the fight "HAHAHAHAHA! HAHAHAA!", he laughed in a very psychotic manner as stars and planets around him got obliterated into nothing.
"LET'S END THIS!" Zerio roared.
Power condensed into his hands—
A massive energy blade.
"Monstrosity Excalibur!"
At the same time—
Andragore absorbed his dragons.
Flames and lightning fused into armor around him.
"Devastation Nova!"
Their powers merged.
"NOVA BOMB!!"
Zodia laughed.
Not calmly—
But wildly.
"SO THAT'S HOW YOU WANT TO PLAY IT?!"
His sword erupted with energy as a massive magic circle formed behind him.
"Then I'll respond properly!", he growled with a deranged smirk.
He raised his blade.
"Calamity Technique…"
Everything went still—
"PURE DESTROYER!!"
The clash erased everything.
Stars vanished.
Planets disintegrated.
Entire celestial systems were wiped from existence.
Even distant dimensions trembled from the shockwave.
That event would later be known as:
[The Great Devastation.], and event that earsed countless consultations in a single explosion.
AFTERMATH
Silence.
On a distant world in another dimension—
Zerio and Andragore lay motionless. They were, burned, bleeding, broken and dead.
Zodia stood before them—equally damaged.
He looked down at their bodies.
"…It didn't have to end like this, but i guess it couldn't be helped."
A small smile formed.
"Hahaha! Looks like I'm the Victor."
He turned away.
"Soon… I'll be the God who rules everything. Just watch.".
He took a step—
Then stopped.
His body trembled.
He dropped to one knee.
"…Huh.", he was stunned for a moment.
His smile slowly returned.
"I used everything."
His power was now gone.
"…No matter."
He chuckled.
"I can always take it back."
PRESENT DAY
Zodia's eyes sharpened with a smile of amusement.
"Ah… now I remember."
He looked down at Earth again.
"That was fun."
The massive sphere of energy pulsed in his hand. It's power was so massive that it caused insane levels of destruction as it charged up, energy flying out of it in a chaotic fashion.
He prepared to release it—
BOOM!!
A beam of light struck the attack—
Sending it flying off into deep space, where distant stars exploded on impact.
Zodia's eyes widened—
Another beam of red slammed into him—
Driving him violently into the ground.
Smoke filled the air.
Zodia stood up slowly.
"Who are you?"
His voice was cold.
"Show yourself."
A figure descended from the sky.
He landed with incredible force, rubble flew all over the battlefield as a result.
The ground cracking beneath him.
A red slim, mechanical suit covered his body.
Two wings extended from his back.
Energy crackled violently around him.
It was Deo.
