"What a coincidence—you go to school here too?"
William greeted Evelyn the moment he spotted her.
Evelyn gave a small nod but didn't say much else.
Her impression of William wasn't exactly great.
Sure, they both worked at the bar, but what William did? That was clearly the shady side of things.
First, he'd asked about doing guest service. Then he'd gone into a private room with a bunch of rich older women. Even if he didn't leave with them in the end, in Evelyn's eyes, he'd already stamped himself as a guy who lived off women.
A college student, and already playing the sugar baby game?
She didn't say a word, just grabbed her friend's arm and walked off quickly.
Her friend, though, kept glancing back at William, whispering, "Evelyn, you know that hottie? He's gorgeous! Is he your boyfriend?"
"No way," Evelyn muttered, shaking her head. "I just met him yesterday. Not really looking to get involved."
