Gu Bo flew through the treetops of the Shenlongjia forest like a ghost, constantly checking a special disc-shaped device in his hands.
Having searched various parts of the Shenlongjia forest for roughly two hours to no avail, Gu Bo was now about tens of kilometers away from the deep lake at the heart of Shenlongjia.
"Sigh, really strange, did Gu Xiaojie just vanish into thin air? Not a single piece of information left behind."
Gu Bo stood atop a treetop and pulled out a map from his Space Ring, muttering to himself:
"Just need to go tens of kilometers further to reach the center of Shenlongjia, since I'm here already, might as well try my luck."
Having said that, Gu Bo stowed away the map and dashed forward in flight.
Moments later, Gu Bo was above the lake nearby when suddenly, the disc in his hand flashed a bright light.
Startled, Gu Bo quickly flew toward the location where the light appeared.
