Adrian Desmond found her nakedness unsightly. He told her to get dressed. The woman shivered as she put on her clothes, then knelt at Adrian's feet, shoulders hunched, looking terrified of him.
Seeing such an expression on that mesmerizing face made Adrian very uncomfortable. The Sienna Johnson he knew would never be so weak and useless, even if locked in a snake house.
Adrian leaned back onto the sofa and said, "Speak."
The woman raised her eyes, stealing a glance at him, only to be met with his cold, deep gaze. Startled, she quickly lowered her head.
"Are you going to talk or not?" Adrian glanced at his wristwatch impatiently.
Ice-cold daggers seemed to shoot from his dark eyes, and the woman froze on the spot, her heart clenching.
"I'll talk, I'll talk. I'll tell you everything!"
