In the bulletproof business car, Adrian Desmond carefully observed Sienna Johnson's face, watching her subtle expressions. Sienna, on the other hand, was calmly crunching on an apple, her expression placid; she didn't look angry at all.
"You... are you okay?" Adrian asked, concerned.
"Why wouldn't I be?"
"You just had an argument."
"So what?"
"Aren't you angry?"
"I was angry during the argument, but I'm not anymore once it's over."
What an attitude! Isn't that a bit too good to be true?
Sienna shifted her gaze back to Adrian and held the apple she had half-eaten to his mouth. Adrian took a bite.
They both enjoyed sharing food; whenever one of them had something tasty, they would offer the other a bite.
"Don't worry, I know what I'm doing. I deliberately provoked her just now."
Adrian looked at her in surprise and asked, "Why would you do that?"
