"Where is Sheehan?"
"I asked Sabrina Conner to take him home." Afraid she'd worry, Adrian Desmond continued, "Mom will take care of Sheehan."
"Hmm."
Almost reaching People's Hospital, Sienna Johnson called her classmate Ben Harmon, told him about Curly's situation; he said the hospital admitted a suspected infectious disease patient, and he was heading to the hospital.
"Is it Curly?" Sienna Johnson asked.
"They just mentioned a little girl. I'm not sure. We'll contact each other once at the hospital."
"Okay."
Sienna Johnson hung up the phone, buried her face in Adrian Desmond's embrace, crying silently. Adrian gently stroked her back and said, "Sienna, be strong."
"As long as she's alright, I'll do anything."
Adrian kissed the top of her head, saying, "She'll be okay! You say you're unlucky, but I don't believe in fate! When you were young, you were swapped because of Sabrina Johnson's mother's greed and malice, not because of heaven!"
