Sienna Johnson was waiting for her prenatal examination at the obstetrics department when she ran into a junior named Victoria Logan.
Victoria approached her for a chat, but Sienna was lukewarm in her responses, mostly answering only what Victoria asked and not initiating conversation.
The presence of Night Owl made Sienna more cautious around people.

"Three months."
"Three months? But your belly looks quite big."
"Because it's twins." Sienna touched her belly with a look of happiness.

Sienna smiled, not sure how to respond.

Sally, who was beside her, looked at Victoria with caution. As long as Victoria dared to make any move that could harm Sienna, Sally would intervene.
