Sienna Johnson stared at the man in front of her, dazed for a while before she stopped doubting and confirmed that she was not dreaming. It was Adrian Desmond, truly Adrian, this was not a dream.
Adrian had come to rescue her, just like she had always hoped.
"Adrian." She choked out his name, tears falling.
"Why are you crying again?"
"You bastard, why did you take so long to rescue me?" Sienna hit him, venting all the fear, confusion, and anxiety she had been feeling.
"I'm sorry for being late." Adrian pulled this woman into his embrace, thinking if he had been even a moment later yesterday, she might have died.
He would have been holding not this soft, warm body, but a cold corpse, and he shuddered at the thought.
Adrian couldn't imagine his life without Sienna Johnson.
"Adrian, I'm scared..."

Sienna cried to Adrian, "That Night Owl bastard locked me in the cemetery... I was so scared... I was always hoping you'd come to rescue me, but you never appeared..."
