Eileen ended the call and headed to her new residence. After settling in, she prepared herself, freshened up, and ordered a taxi to take her directly to the headquarters.
"Welcome back, Miss Eileen! And thank you again for last time, I really appreciate it," the young receptionist said, blushing slightly.
"You're very welcome," Eileen replied with a warm smile.
She walked over to the executive elevator bank and rode it up to the design floor. Stepping out, she was greeted by the glamorous, museum-worthy paintings once again. Mesmerized by the sheer luxury of everything around her, she found herself completely forgetting the painful drama that had happened just the day before.
