Emma Aiden felt a tightness in her heart, anxiously wanting to grasp his hand, but Harrison Yale showed no hesitation, stepping out of the living room.
Just when Emma thought he was about to leave the Aiden Family, he paused his steps.
He stood at the doorway, turned his head, and looked at Emma.
His dark eyes were deep, like a dark pool, filled with a complex light. Soon, he gestured for her to leave.
"Miss Aiden, Mr. Aiden is waiting for you in the study room and asks you to go upstairs," the butler approached Emma, speaking respectfully.
"..." Emma's gaze remained fixed on the figure of Harrison, still pondering the meaning behind his recent words, and was startled when she heard the butler's words, failing to respond.
"Miss Aiden, if you continue to ignore Mr. Aiden because of Young Master Yale, I'm afraid Mr. Aiden will dislike Young Master Yale even more," the butler couldn't help but remind her.
