Aside from the aforementioned interests, Molly Wellington also pointed out every clause in the contract that benefits the Royal Palace and the concessions offered.
Basically, this is a win-win contract for both Loyalty Group and the Royal Palace, and even for Stellar Haven.
The only difference is that originally Loyalty Group could take seventy percent of the profits, and the Royal Palace thirty percent.
But now because of this contract, the profit ratio has shifted, with the Royal Palace at seventy percent and Loyalty Group at thirty percent.
If not for the clause where Molly Wellington must be fully responsible for the negotiation, otherwise the seventy five million compensation clause would be triggered, this contract would definitely be considered a major accomplishment by Charles Taylor.
