"Is there something going on at home?" Senior Shannon Cooper looked surprised, "I remember your home is in A City, and you're studying alone in H City, so even if you go back, you'd be alone, how could there be anything at home?"
Molly Wellington's breath caught, oh well, she forgot she had told Senior Mrs. Cooper about her family's situation in the past.
Shannon's eyes darted, smiling as she questioned, "Underclassman, could it be that you're avoiding us seniors because you think we're too old to hang out with?"
"How could that be..."
"If not, then come on, come on, join us for the dinner." Without another word, Shannon looped her arm through Molly Wellington's and dragged her away.
The senior's enthusiasm was hard to refuse, and since it was their first group activity today, Molly really couldn't leave early.
