Originally, Abraham Redington had felt less antagonistic toward Lincoln due to his forthrightness, but upon hearing this, he couldn't help but raise an eyebrow.
The man's muscles tensed in that instant.
He lifted his arrogant, cold chin and said in an icy voice, "So, this is what you wanted to say... Are you trying to tell me that Molly and I are not a match, that the person she likes isn't me... or, are you about to tell me that, in fact, you and Molly are the ones who are truly in love, and you two being together is what would bring happiness, hmm?"
"..." Lincoln was speechless; he knew that Abraham had misunderstood.
"That's not what I meant. I've already said that I'm the only one with feelings for the underclassman. We only just met today, how could there be mutual affection?"
