Norris Moore stepped out of the residential complex when suddenly a car drove up and stopped right beside her. Before she could react, the car door was flung open and she was dragged into the vehicle.
She almost cried out "Ah!" but upon seeing the man's ugly expression, she fell silent and sat dumbly on Trenton Smith's lap: "How... how did you get out?"
Trenton Smith closed the car door and slapped her hard on the buttocks. Norris Moore cried out in pain and asked with grievance, "Why did you hit me?"
"Have you ever actually taken my words to heart?" Trenton Smith was really frustrated. He had woken up to find Norris Moore gone, once again looking for Abigail. Could it be she's so naïve that even if sold, she'd help count the money?
Norris Moore wrapped her arms around his neck, leaning into his embrace with a delicate voice: "I just came to see Abigail, I didn't do anything. Do I have to take you with me whenever I leave the house?"
