The water from the shower gradually warmed up. Aldana Candi slightly lifted her head, gazing at Steven Balance, who stood by the edge of the bathtub with two pairs of jet-black eyes devoid of emotion, looking at her. She watched him for a moment, her pale lips moved slightly, but in the end, she didn't say anything, utterly exhausted as she soaked in the bathtub.
The bright light in the bathroom shone on her pale skin, her entire being was as lifeless as a silent corpse.
The man, without a hint of emotion, washed away the salty sea water from her body, then used a towel to dry her entirely, and carried her out of the bathroom.

"In my bed."
Liam Summer responded with a wordless sound, leaning back on the sofa and fell silent again.
