Philip Shaw picked up the water on the table and took a sip slowly. He glanced at her coolly and silently, then turned and left.
Aldana Candi watched his back, and the expression on her face slowly relaxed. She showed a hint of bewilderment, lowered her head, and fell into contemplation.

At sunset, Philip Shaw lay on the rocks, resting his head, chewing on a piece of grass, and gazing at the endless sea in the distance.
He was in a bad mood. Logically, with nothing to do now, he should go back to see Aldana Candi, but today, unusually, he didn't really want to see her.
He knew he liked her, from the first day he opened his eyes and saw her, he liked her. He also knew Aldana Candi didn't like him, but her straightforward rejection still left his heart heavy.
No matter how he tried to please her, he couldn't get closer to her by even a step. That invisible wall seemed eternal and unchangeable, unaffected by his will.
