She slowly lowered her head, almost in despair, burying her face into the soft scarf. Amidst the rich scent of blood, it seemed she could faintly smell the medicinal fragrance lingering from the man.
Her fingers gripped the corner of the scarf tightly, and a few scorching tears fell from her dry eyes, not wanting anyone to see her crying for him.
