Ellen Candi noticed his face wasn't as red and, feeling a bit relieved, said to Aldana Candi, "Aldana, this medicine works for him. We don't have to call 120 anymore."
Aldana Candi let out a sigh of relief, "That's right."
"Now we just have to see when his assistant will arrive." Ellen sat on the sofa eating grapes, "I wonder, could he be a runaway?"
Aldana gave a weak smile, "Ellen, you're talking nonsense." How could Philip Shaw be a runaway?
Her mind was weighed down with worries, unable to even make a joke, as she sat by the bed staring blankly at Philip Shaw's face.
She felt a bit restless inside, and couldn't help reaching out to gently hold the man's hand. Because of the fever, his usually cold palm had gained some warmth. Aldana murmured softly, "…I ask for nothing, I just want you to get better…"
