Of course, Jane Sampson had other plans in mind.
These plans, she had not shared with anyone for the time being.
Nor did she intend to tell James Black now.
"Then I'll take some time in the next two days to move your stuff to my dormitory, so when you come to live here frequently, you won't be short of a change of clothes." James was clearly giving Jane no room to back out or regret.
"Mm." Jane nodded like pounding garlic.
Whatever daddy Black says goes; those who make mistakes have no right to bargain with him. Jane was well aware of her position.
"Once you're done over there, let me know when you've booked your return flight, and I'll pick you up at the airport." Jane's very cooperative attitude pleased James a bit, so his tone of speech softened significantly.
After saying this, James still didn't forget to remind Jane, "Don't forget to call me again; this won't happen again."
