"What's wrong?" Jane Sampson asked casually as she bent down to change her slippers.
James Black took a step back, waiting for Jane to finish changing her shoes before he stretched out his arms toward her.
Jane paused, then understood, walked over, hugged him, and with a bright smile asked, "Seeing you like this, do you miss me a lot?"
"Why would I miss you? Miss how you annoy me?" James Black held the little wife in his arms, but his words weren't all too pleasant, "Miss how many secrets you've been keeping from me lately?"
"If you're like this, then we won't be able to chat anymore." Jane Sampson stood on her tiptoes and gave James Black a light kiss on the corner of his lips.
Only then did James Black raise his eyebrows and release her, saying, "I bought you some snacks."
Originally Jane Sampson was going to change clothes in the bedroom and then make a meal, but upon hearing this, she turned back to the tea table and glanced at the uncollected shopping bags on it.
