James Black didn't let Peter Gingery in because he was afraid of waking up Jane Sampson, who was still sleeping. Peter glanced at the closed bedroom main gate, clicked his tongue a few times, and left after speaking.
James sat alone on the sofa in the living room for a long time, until the sound of Jane opening the door to come out of the bedroom startled him and brought him back to his senses.
"What are you doing sitting here?" Jane rubbed her eyes and walked towards James. "You're not heading out this morning?"
Just now waking up, her tone was still a bit soft, so whenever she spoke, it seemed like she was deliberately being coquettish. "Come here, let me hold you." James stretched his arms towards Jane.
After he spoke, the fragrant girl smiled and rushed into his arms, gently leaning against him.
Early morning, Jane was extremely patient with him.
"Did Peter come looking for you just now? What did he say?" Jane asked.
