Baron Lawrence grabbed her arm, letting her get in first. He then followed inside, instructing Scott Harris, "Bring down my laptop."

Scott Harris hurried to get it.
Enna Clark teased him somewhat speechlessly, "Why didn't you bring it down when you just came? You just had to make Mr. Harris take a trip."
Damn it, why does she always pay so much attention to Scott Harris?!
If he didn't know Enna Clark likes him, he'd have long sent Scott Harris off to some godforsaken place where she'd never see him for the rest of her life.
