After a while, she finally made up her mind and started writing!
She wrote about ten in one go.
Looking at them in her hand, she felt they weren't smooth enough, so she wrote another ten. She spent the whole afternoon tinkering in the study, filling the room with yellow paper.
When Gavin Graves walked in, one sheet floated down right at his feet. He picked it up and glanced at it, "What's this?"
"An amulet!" Cherry's voice was full of ambition.
She had written over a hundred sheets, now she was picking and choosing through them, trying to select the ones she was satisfied with to give away.
Gavin Graves helped her pick.
Cherry's eyes sparkled as she asked him, "Can you tell what I've written?"
"Yeah." Gavin Graves nodded, a smile on his lips, "You wrote the word 'Tang'."
