He walked towards her, no more than twenty steps.
In these twenty or so steps, Aaron Ray's mind felt like water hitting a frying pan, oil and water splattering, intense with burning pain!
He rapidly thought of plan after plan, only to dismiss them one after another!

"You're back." Aaron Ray stood in front of the little angel fish, speaking softly.
The little angel fish stared at him, dumbfounded, for a while. She slightly opened her mouth, then closed it again, as if wanting to speak but hesitating.
Aaron Ray knew what she wanted to ask.
He glanced at the bodyguard beside them; clearly, this wasn't the place to talk.
"You must be tired from the trip back?" Aaron Ray gazed into the little angel fish's eyes, speaking very slowly, "Why don't you go home and rest, then you can tell me and Milton about anything special on the island."
