Resignedly, she closed her eyes, waiting for the impending pain.

Sophie Sullivan opened her eyes and saw the man's elegantly curved chin. She smiled, boldly wrapping her arms around his neck.
She looked like a little rascal, determined to cling to him.

There was a hint of sarcasm in his eyes.
Mocking her for overestimating herself, and even more so for her wild imagination.
She was the first woman to volunteer for a mission.

"No…" Sophie swayed her body a bit and clung tightly to his neck. "Young Master, I need to take my medicine."
