Harry curled up and peacefully closed his eyes.
Sophie watched him, speechless. Harry was getting ruder and ruder!
"Harry." Sophie stretched out her index finger and poked his head.
"MEOW." Harry swished his tail.
Sophie lifted him into the air. "Go find your master. I'm going to take a bath."
With that said, she put Harry aside and went into the bath chamber.
Harry pounced, but—BANG! He slammed headfirst into the door panel.
His chubby, round body slid down the door panel and collapsed on the ground.
His claws scratched stubbornly at the door panel as Harry howled desperately, "MEOW!"
After a comfortable bath, her exhaustion seemed to lessen a bit.
Sophie returned to the bedroom. When she thought about going to the Sahara Desert tomorrow, her entire being resisted. A vehement, resounding NO!
However, her opposition was useless. Thomas Shannon rarely changed his mind once it was made up.
