Sophie mindlessly nodded her head. She called out to Gaby, who immediately rushed over and lay down by the bedside, howling softly at her.
Raising her hand, Sophie gently patted Gaby's head, struggling to curl the corner of her mouth, "Gaby, I'm fine, don't worry."
Gaby kept nuzzling her palm with its head.
"Gaby has been waiting for you, hasn't eaten or drunk anything for a day," Thomas Shannon said from the side.
Sophie looked at Gaby in surprise and was heartbroken, "Gaby, you silly fool."
Gaby seemed unaware that Sophie was scolding it and kept nuzzling her palm, being exceptionally affectionate.
After Sophie's persuasion, Gaby finally agreed to eat the meat, and Sophie was sent back into the operating room for surgery again.
