Thomas Shannon patted William Guillen on the shoulder, "Get some rest first. Come see him again tomorrow."

Thomas Shannon returned to the bedroom, was just about to enter the bath chamber for a bath when the mobile phone rang.
He picked up the phone and glanced at it, thin lips curving into a smile: "Hello?"
There was silence from the other end for a long time.
"If you don't speak, I'm hanging up."
"Thomas Shannon, dare you hang up!" Sophie Sullivan's resentful voice came through.
Thomas Shannon chuckled softly, changed direction, and sat down on the sofa, further unbuttoning his shirt, with the collar wide open, revealing a large expanse of his well-defined chest.
