The molekin young master lost his footing as the goblin smacked his back with an echoing laugh.
"Woo! I can't wait for the day after tomorrow!" Rizz leaped to clap his feet together.
As the goblin turned to the reception door, Aakur asked, "A-are you hoping to run into an ant hoard? Why in the name of our ancestors would you wish for such a thing?"
"And don't worry about the escort team," Rizz stated, waving off the panicked question. "I'll take care of that, free of charge.
"I'll be at your gate by dawn. We'll discuss my rates after touring the mine!"
Thump…
Rizz opened and closed the door in a flash, leaving the rattled molekin young master behind.
The goblin waved to the receptionist as he skipped through the small lobby. Once he was outside, Rizz jogged to the front gate and sprinted through town. To some, he was a green blur whizzing and weaving through the not-so-busy road. Rizz was too easy to notice and too hard to ignore.
