Selena Kensington spoke slowly.
Unbeknownst to her, these words left a deep and burning mark in Vera's heart.
After speaking with Vera, Selena planned to take her to find Sterling Norwood and the others.
Just as she was turning, she heard a voice behind her.
"Sister-in-law?"
Selena turned around and saw Spencer Norwood and Liam Irving.
Though they both wore masks, the combination of an adult and a child, along with Spencer's voice, allowed Selena to recognize them.
Seeing them safe and sound, Selena breathed a sigh of relief.
Seeing Selena standing there unharmed, Spencer also relaxed slightly while wearing his mask.
Thank goodness...
"Spencer, little Levi."
Selena called out to them.
Spencer led Liam Irving over.
"What are you doing here? Where's my brother?" Spencer glanced at Vera by Selena's side and then looked away.
"They're in the back, let's go, I'll take you to them."
Then Selena led the group toward Sterling Norwood.
