"Meng Meng, what are you up to?"
Su Ya hugged Poseidon, peering curiously at Li Meng who was lying on a large stone, writing furiously, her tone laced with curiosity: "---Doing makeup work? Need a firefly?"
Though summer had arrived, the sky around six o'clock was already somewhat dim.
Li Meng lifted her head, rubbed her wrist, looked at the gray-white sky overhead, and then lowered her head to look again at the densely written clauses on the parchment, finally shaking her head.
"No need, I've pretty much finished it."
She first declined her friend's kind offer, then added: "Besides, I'm not doing homework! I finished today's homework long ago... Otherwise, would my cousin let me come out to play with you?"
"Not with me, with her!"
Su Ya raised one of Poseidon's paws, correcting Li Meng's mistaken view, then glanced at the parchment on the large stone: "---So, what exactly are you writing? If I knew you were this busy, I'd have wandered around with Furry Bean!"
