It was an extremely enormous grey object, at least several million yards wide, with a height extending beyond Rod's sight, plunging into the eternally distant darkness, standing there on the shattered earth like a colossal pillar supporting the heavens and the earth.
Its immense size astonished everyone; no one had ever seen such a magnificent behemoth, its size far exceeding the limits of human imagination.
Viheler marveled: "Could this be the legendary World Pillar? Is the Abyss the very bottom layer of the world?"
Rod didn't speak. In his perception, this was an utterly lifeless object, without a hint of vitality, even rocks and dust seemed more lively than it.
As he approached, this hollow feeling became more pronounced; there was no vitality, no spirituality to be sensed from the giant, as if stripped away by some special existence.
"Master!"
In the Dream Realm, the Book of Knowledge suddenly shouted: "This is that monster, the Abyss Monster inhabited by the Black Mist!"
