'Where did I go wrong?'
All For One closed his eyes as his arms and legs slowly disintegrated.
'I went from controlling the battlefield—and even having All Might's life in my hands—to having my own body being erased by a massive amount of "energy"'
All For One possessed multiple Quirks that accelerated his thoughts and helped him eliminate distractions while thinking.
'No… I know the reason. It's him—Allen Walker. Every action he takes ends up interfering with my plans. This is strange. He's supposed to be a seventeen-year-old boy, so why does it feel like he can see through my actions?'
The light began to engulf All For One's body until he was no longer visible.
'It doesn't matter…'
....
An explosion and a mushroom cloud rose over the forest, leaving all the spectators trembling at what had happened.
For the first time in many years, people felt anxiety, fear, and uncertainty—emotions that, ever since the Symbol of Peace existed, had been buried deep within every citizen.
"A poetic ending. He wanted my Quirk, and in the end, he got it," said the one responsible for this catastrophe. His eyes admired his work with the appreciation of a perfectionist artist.
His clothing became more discreet yet eye-catching, as if saying, I tried to be subtle, but look at me anyway. Allen's hair had turned black, though not due to Void's influence, but because of the template he was using.

"What is this?"
Beside him, All Might wore an incredulous expression. Both of them were watching the explosion from miles away.
"Using the principles of Shadow's magic, I created my own version—one closer to a real explosion, though I avoided radiation. As expected of me," Allen said proudly with his arms crossed.
"..."
"You don't have to say it, you think the same way," Allen nodded in satisfaction. Then he extended his hand toward the explosion. "Honestly, I had my doubts about whether it should be fusion or fission"
"Huh??"
All Might's smile froze. He couldn't understand Allen's words, but Allen ignored him and continued speaking.
"Part of me wanted to do atomic fusion—after all, it's more elegant—but fission will always be a classic."
"I'm sorry, Young Allen… I'm not able to understand you."
"I'm just joking," Allen laughed, but immediately turned serious. "Although it seems it won't be enough…"
"...!" All Might felt a chill coming from straight ahead.
A yellow laser shot out of the smoke and reached Allen instantly.
"Oh." Allen tilted his head, narrowly dodging the laser.
"Allen Walker… you're a very troublesome man."
All For One appeared in front of them, but his physical condition was dreadful. The entire right half of his body was gone—one eye, one leg—and the rest of his body was completely charred.
"All For One!" All Might frowned, but despite him being his enemy, he hesitated to attack. After all, he looked on the verge of death.
Allen placed a hand on his chin and looked All For One up and down. "I like your tan. It suits you."
"Don't worry. It won't last long."
A person couldn't survive in that condition—yet he did. Not only that, he began to regenerate right in front of Allen and All Might, even restoring his clothing.
All Might clenched his fist and prepared to attack.
"Allen-kun, how do you think we should defeat him?" All Might whispered.
In the past, All Might would handle all villains with overwhelming power, but All For One was different. One small mistake, and everything would turn into a tragedy.
"..." Allen remained silent, thinking.
All Might knew Allen possessed many Quirks, so in this fight, he did not treat him as a student but as a partner—an equal.
....
Saya – Attack him. You need to keep attacking him again and again!
Saeko – I agree. An opponent like this must be overwhelmed so his regeneration can't heal him fast enough.
Wade – Cut him into pieces. That'll buy you time to think.
Rias – Maybe seal him with some kind of magic. You must have mage templates, right?
Hulk – TURN INTO HULK AND SMASH!
....
Allen smiled. "For now, let's just attack. He said it himself—no Quirk is perfect, so even his regeneration must have a limit."
Upon hearing Allen's words, All For One's gaze turned cold, and he immediately attacked.
Allen created a shield from a black liquid that poured out of his clothing.
The punch landed with destructive force, dispersing part of the shield—which resembled some kind of slime—but failing to break it.
"That look in your eyes is less friendly now, Demon King," Allen smiled mockingly. "Hatred always clouds vision—but I admit, it's a great motivator!"
"Hate you? On the contrary, I'm grateful to you, Allen-kun."
With his other hand, All For One pierced through Allen's slime shield.
"What? He broke it? No—he passed through it. An intangibility Quirk?"
Allen retreated, then summoned a sword and, with astonishing technique, pierced All For One's arm and shoulder. However, only the shoulder bled.
Kitty – It's like my ability, but it must only work on specific parts of his body!
All For One opened his mouth and fired a beam of energy. Allen vanished to dodge it, but his shoulder was grazed and began to smoke.
Erza – A poisonous breath, like that guy called Cobra!
Allen smiled and disappeared for an instant. All For One lost sight of him, and that was enough—his sword slashed him a dozen times.
"Argh, what a terrifying technique, but…"
Once again, All For One regenerated. His eyes moved rapidly in multiple directions, searching for Allen, who was moving outside his vision.
"Super Kinetic Vision, Super Reflexes, Clairvoyance!"
All For One extended his hand and grabbed Allen by the collar.
"I caught you!"
"Should I congratulate you?" Allen smiled mockingly. "Also, aren't you forgetting someone?"
Behind All For One, All Might appeared like a comet and struck his neck with an outstretched hand. "Mississippi Smash!"
All For One released Allen, who took advantage of the opening to cut off his arm.
"How annoying!" All For One unleashed an omnidirectional shockwave of repulsion, gravity, and compressed air, blasting both Allen and All Might away.
All Might crashed into the ground but quickly got back up and charged at All For One once more.
"Still haven't learned?!"
All For One turned his arms into metal covered in spikes and rivets, adding the Impact Absorption Quirk. He received All Might's punch with little effort, then returned a punch straight to his stomach.
"Are you weakening, All Might?!"
Blood spilled from All Might's mouth, yet he smiled as he grabbed All For One's arm.
"No—this was the plan all along!"
"...!"
Sensing something wrong, All For One tried to pull away, but it was too late. On the ground beneath them, Allen had plunged his sword.
"Rising Atomic!"
A pillar-shaped beam of dark purple energy rose up, swallowing both of them. However, two black whips immediately pulled All Might out of the blast radius.
All For One, on the other hand, felt his body begin to disintegrate, again. He tried to teleport, but internally his organs began to freeze, interfering with the use of his Quirk.
Allen watched the atomic pillar rise. It was a variant of "I Am Atomic," concentrated into a pillar—just as powerful, but designed for piercing enemies rather than wide-area destruction.
"Looks like—"
"Were you looking for me?!"
All For One appeared behind Allen. Allen blocked the attack with his sword, but the force behind the blow was so immense that he was sent flying anyway.
"Ugh!"
Allen was hurled through the forest, his body smashing into every tree along the way until he slammed into a hill, which was completely destroyed.
"Having to stack eight Quirks just to defend myself—and nine just to damage you… you're terrifying, Allen-kun," All For One said, staring into the distance.
"Detroit Smash!" All Might appeared above All For One, delivering a powerful punch.
With a cold gaze, All For One created three energy shields to defend himself. Even so, All Might's fist shattered two of them. Anger was reflected in All Might's eyes as he stared at All For One.
"All Might, you shouldn't let children fight if you're afraid they'll get hurt."
"Shut up! You're in no position to talk!"
All Might struck again, breaking through All For One's shield—but his fist was stopped by All For One's hand.
"You mean Tomura-kun?~" All For One smiled mockingly. "Don't you know? Tomura-kun was abandoned by modern society. But that's only natural—for heroes, it's enough to defeat villains. You're no different, All Might!"
All For One clenched his fist and stacked ten Quirks, amplifying his punch beyond what should have been possible. All Might was prepared to respond, but at that moment, he spat blood, feeling his strength fade.
"Damn it… Am I already at my limit again?!"
All For One smiled as his fist continued forward. The force contained within was so great that the atmosphere around it compressed, and when it struck All Might's chest, it pierced straight through.
A gleam of delight appeared on All For One's face. For decades, All Might had been his greatest rival, his greatest enemy, his greatest obstacle—but now he was gone. Now he could focus on Allen… and then on One For All.
'Something is wrong!'
All For One's gaze froze.
His fist was buried in All Might's chest, yet he felt no resistance—as if he hadn't pierced anything at all.
All Might also looked surprised, because the pain never came.
*Thump*
All For One began to hear a drumbeat. He activated super hearing and sound detection to locate it, only to realize it was coming from everywhere.
All Might heard 2B's voice warning him to get away. Without thinking, he headbutted All For One and pulled back.
"That hurt, old man!"
Upon hearing that voice, All For One turned around—only to find Allen flying straight toward him. His clothes changed once again; this time he was wearing his superhero suit again, but in a white version. However, All For One barely cared about that—his attention was focused elsewhere.
"What?!"
Allen's fist had grown massively huge, coated in a layer of black metal and surrounded by a dark red aura crackling with lightning.
Allen smiled and thrust his fist forward. "Bajrang Gun!"
The combination of Gear 5, Advanced Armament Haki, and Advanced Conqueror's Haki released an overwhelming, oppressive pressure.
All For One tried to react by creating multiple shields, but they were useless—shattering like paper before the punch, which struck both his body and his spirit.
"Ahhh!"
A thunderous roar echoed everywhere once again, shaking the surroundings.
At this point, Kaina simply watched, unable to comprehend what she had just seen: nuclear explosions, a fist the size of an island... None of it made sense.
"Allen, what kind of Quirk is that?"
....
As time passed, everything calmed down.
Allen landed beside All Might, who stared at him in amazement and disbelief.
[Of course, this is hard to explain...]
Allen coughed. "Well, I hope that—!"
"Haha."
All For One's laughter came from the sky.
Allen and All Might immediately went on guard. Both looked up, ready to fight—but they saw All For One standing there without attacking. His body was battered, yet slowly regenerating.
At first glance, one might think he was fine, but both of them noticed that his regeneration speed had dropped.
"You look tired, All For One," All Might mocked him, returning the same words All For One had used earlier.
"That's true."
Neither Allen nor All Might expected him to admit it.
"I not only underestimated your stubbornness… I also underestimated that little monster at your side..."
All For One's gaze toward Allen had changed. He no longer saw him as prey or an annoyance, but as an equal—and as someone who would not be easy to defeat.
"All For One!" All Might clenched his fists. He knew All For One far too well—this man was planning something.
Allen narrowed his eyes. He also knew people like All For One—always scheming, always with something in motion.
"I'll leave," All For One said calmly as a Kurogiri's portal opened behind him.
"Huh?" Allen's eyes widened in disbelief. At this moment, killing them should have been All For One's priority. If Allen were in his place, he would never allow someone this dangerous to grow.
"What are you saying?!" All Might stomped the ground, shattering it. "You come to UA! You endanger my students! You attack my comrades—and you think you can just leave like this?!"
"I won't let you go either."
Allen's eyes glowed, ready to activate his heat vision.
Faced with both of their threats, All For One smiled.
"Allen-kun, do you know why six years ago only All Might was gravely injured?!"
"...?!"
"Don't listen to him!" All Might shouted. "He's always like this—when he's cornered, he uses his words to disturb your heart. Don't let him!"
"Don't worry. Still, I'm surprised—you're like a cockroach, All For One," Allen stepped forward as his superhero suit changed once again.
This time, it slowly transformed into a white suit with a black shirt and a red tie marked with an X. Finally, black sunglasses appeared, faintly revealing his eyes through the lenses.
"I like your style," All For One said with a smile. "Instead of an ugly superhero costume, a suit suits you better."
"..." Allen shrugged, preparing to snap his fingers.
"You know?" All For One laughed. "Going back to that moment—six years ago—both All Might and I gave everything we had. It was a battle that pushed us both to our limits. In that final attack, I was ready to kill All Might, even if it cost me dearly, so I used all my Quirks in a single strike—which were few compared to what I have now..."
Allen frowned. He didn't understand why All For One was bringing this up now.
"Don't listen!" All Might tried to attack All For One to stop him—but he lost his transformation and reverted to his thin form.
Strangely, even though this should have been the perfect chance for All For One to kill him, he didn't attack. Instead, he kept staring at Allen with a smile that was both sadistic and mocking.
"I knew neither of us would come out unscathed from that final clash. I even thought it was over—but something wonderful happened. At that moment, in that instant, in that place where there should have been no civilians, and for no apparent reason, an eleven-year-old child appeared. Who could that have been?"
"...!"
All For One delighted in the shocked look on Allen's face.
"He seemed to have a teleportation Quirk and was testing it—but unfortunately for him, he arrived at the worst place in the world..." All For One smiled. "And as expected of the greatest hero, you immediately abandoned our fight and made the noble decision to protect that child."
"ALL FOR ONE!" All Might shouted in hatred.
"..." Allen turned to look at All Might, who was clutching his stomach as blood spilled from his mouth.
All For One began to laugh. "I told you earlier that I didn't hate you and that I was actually grateful—and I wasn't lying, Allen-kun. Thanks to that, I was able to leave All Might in that pathetic state without sacrificing anything."
As soon as he finished speaking, All For One wasted no time and stepped through the portal.
Allen reacted a moment too late and let him escape.
"Tsk… he played me," Allen muttered. He wasn't as concerned about that as he was about All For One's words.
He had always found it strange—All For One was far too powerful. How was it possible that this monster hadn't conquered the world by now? And beyond that… what kind of world was this without Allen?
It didn't seem like there would be anyone capable of stopping this All For One. However, the answer came most unexpectedly.
Everything was a butterfly effect caused by Allen.
In that final battle, not only All Might but All For One himself was supposed to be gravely injured. This would not only limit his actions—giving the new generation of heroes time to grow—but also restrict the power of All For One, which, honestly, was a cheat-level Quirk, like something an isekai reincarnator would receive.
Of course, that Quirk would never develop to that level with an injured All For One.
"Was it all my fault?" Allen shook his head with a smile. This time, he had been outplayed by the final boss.
"I'm sorry, All Might," Allen said.
"No, you don't need to worry—or pay attention to his words!"
"I did what I would do for any defenseless person, regardless of the outcome. That's what a hero does!"
"You're pretty cool," Allen laughed and turned toward All Might. "But it's not my style to owe others. So I'll personally take care of All For One..."
"Allen-kun, you don't have to carry that burden."
"No, I'm not doing it out of duty. This is personal."
All Might sighed but said nothing. Allen was still young, and it was natural for him to begin hating All For One after what he had said.
"For now, let's head back," All Might said, looking up at the sky with uncertainty about the future. He also hadn't expected All For One to become this powerful—so powerful that without Allen's presence, he was sure he would have lost.
