Meanwhile on a Marine base, a woman slowly stirred up. She was wearing a white bra and white thong. She moved her hand and touched her face. "It still hurts," she remarked. Alpha stretched her hand up and looked outside the window. She saw a small town. She then looked ahead and into the mirror. "You betrayed us," she added.
Alpha looked at her face and she thought of her sister Kalifa. The sister who had betrayed them all. She wondered why she would do something like this. Alpha thought Kalifa had been undercover for a number of years. "You have gone soft," Alpha said to herself. She got up. Her long sexy legs came out of the sheets. Her bare feet touched the floor and she walked towards a briefcase.
Alpha opened the suitcase. There were brown papers in it. She picked it up and looked at a poster. The picture was blank. The name was "Kalifa" and the bounty was 150,000,000 Beli. She looked at the blank picture once again. She thought back to their fight. Alpha thought Kalifa and she looked like a mature woman. A woman who was claimed. Her cheeks had a slight blush and her face glowed. It made her angry.
She then put her poster down and picked up another poster. She saw a man, a handsome man. She read the name, "Demon King Ben 310,000,000 Beli." She got angry. "You corrupted my sister," Alpha said. "You turned her against us, against me," she added. She looked at the poster and picked up a pen. She drew a circle around his picture and smiled. She leaned forward and kissed his picture. Her lips touched his bounty poster. "I will defeat you," he said. "I will defeat you and show her what you truly are," Alpha said as she laughed in her bra and thong.
Alpha put his bounty poster down next to the other bounty posters. She looked to see Ben`s posters. They all had a circle in the picture and a kiss. She walked to the mirror and looked at herself. She could see her ample breast in the white bra. She had a slim stomach. Her white thong and long legs, she looked at. "I will not let you escape," Alpha said. "I will bring you all down," she added. "And you as well," she said.
Meanwhile on an island not too far away, Rob Lucci laid motionless on a bed. He had a white sheet over him. His chest was wrapped in thick layers of bandages.
Kaku sat by the window. His long nose casted a shadow over a block of wood which he was carving. "The doctor says the medicine is working, but the bill is growing faster than a beanstalk," he remarked. He held up a small shaped wooden giraffe. "I've sold a dozen of these at the park today. The children call me the 'Long-Nosed Craftsman," he said as he looked around.
"Chapapa! At least you get to sit down," Fukurou said as he zipped his mouth open with a metallic slide. "I've been standing in the town square letting people punch me for a fee. 'The Human Punching Bag' is a very popular attraction, it turns out. My Tekkai is holding up, but my stomach is starting to growl," he said.
Blueno entered the room through a door. He had a stash of small coins. "This is the daily pay from the tavern," Blueno remarked.
"A bartender," Fukurou said as she looked at Blueno.
"We need to keep a low profile," Blueno responded as he put the coin on the table.
"Yoyo, a tragedy of the highest order," Kumadori bellowed. "I have been performing street theater by the fountain! My 'Lion's Dance' moved an elderly woman to tears, she gave me a coin," Kumadori added.
Jabra paced the small room. He was wearing a makeshift apron. "You think you had it bad. I've been cleaning the town's chimneys. I'm a high-ranking assassin, not a chimney sweep," he said. He dumped a handful of crumpled bills onto the bedside table. "But the old ladies in this town do give tips," he said.
In the corner, Nero was busy sharpening his blades. "At least you are staying in one place. I've been running messages across the island," he muttered.
"You are just a kid, you should do more," Jabra responded as he looked at him.
Hattori, perched on the headboard of Lucci's bed. He let out a soft coo as he looked down at Lucci.
"He'll pull through," Kaku said. "We aren't going to let a hospital bill be the thing that takes us down," he added.
"We are not all here," Jabra remarked as he sat on the bed and opened a can of beer.
"Kalifa was taken from us," Kumadori added. "That shame," he said.
Kaku looked through the window. "Was she taken?" Kaku questioned.
"What do you mean long nose," he remarked. "What are you getting at?" he added.
Fukurou unzipped his mouth. "She went along willinging with them and has joined them," he replied.
"She betrayed us," Nero said out aloud.
"That is a possibility," Kaku remarked as he crossed his arms.
They all were silent. "If she betrayed us, then she will betray them," Jabra chuckled. "She has been trained as an agent," Jabra added.
"We all thought Alvida the Iron Mace was the Captain of the Love Pirates but what if she is not," Kaku said.
"What do you mean?" Kumadori asked.
"That Ben the Demon is the Captain," Fukurou responded.
"Why would that even matter?" Jabra questioned.
"His devil fruit is something different," Blueno responded. "One which we are not sure what it is fully capable of," he added.
"He lets him turn into that monster," Jabra responded.
"It is more than that," Kaku remarked.
At that moment, Lucci's fingers twitched slightly against the sheets. He woke up and started to pant. "You," he shouted. There was sweat dripping from his face. He panted hard.
"You are finally awake," Jabra remarked. "He got you good," he added.
