Chapter 1826 - Chapter 1362: Equipment Limitations

In the workshop, there are two wheels placed side by side.

Align them, then connect them with a transmission belt.

The transmission belt isn't wrapped very tightly.

The tension is okay, but increasing the difficulty would be quite challenging.

What happens if a wheel with a diameter of four meters drives a wheel with a diameter of four centimeters using a transmission belt?

He thinks that if the sizes of the two wheels are not up to standard, and their positions are not correctly aligned, then the transmission belt will become increasingly loose and lose power.

He is considering that leather isn't a precisely machined industrial product, and he doesn't have other materials to make the transmission belt, so it's better to switch to a gear set.

However, using a gear set brings the issue of precision.

For his hydraulic machine tool, these gear sets conduct enormous power.

Whether processing wood or metal, the machine tool needs to be quite powerful.
