Ying Di sat stiffly in the driver's seat, both hands resting on the steering wheel as he stared at the empty passenger seat beside him. His eyes slowly wandered around the car, searching for his master. When he finally found Jua Gu, he blinked blankly before turning his head toward the back seat, where Jua was sitting comfortably with Ying Mao.
Jua Gu had just finished helping Ying Mao fasten his seatbelt. Once he was sure the boy was secure, he reached over and gently ruffled his soft hair.
"Jua-ge, you can't keep doing that." Ying Mao puffed out his cheeks and tried to flatten his hair with both hands. "I might not grow up if you keep touching my head."
"But your hair is so soft and cute…" Jua Gu mumbled, completely ignoring his complaint as he reached over and messed it up again.
Ying Mao's cheeks puffed out even more. He tried to look annoyed, but the little smile tugging at the corner of his lips ruined the act.
