Hearing the sound of the car, Deon Myers stood up and walked outside, pleased to see Hansen Ruiz approaching with his men. He greeted them with a light smile.
"Mr. Ruiz," Deon greeted as he stopped in front of Hansen Ruiz and extended his hand for a handshake.
Hansen Ruiz also shook his hand, smiling. The two of them, both smiling, seemed like good friends.
"Mr. Myers, you have a pretty unique way of inviting people. If you really wanted to see me, a phone call would have sufficed. I assure you, I would have come immediately. I'm quite interested in this place," Hansen Ruiz smiled genially, his eyes curving into smiles as well, with no hint of anger in his tone.
As Deon led Hansen Ruiz inside, he laughed and said, "Mr. Ruiz is an honored guest. Of course, we had to send someone to invite you personally. I should have gone myself, but I was tied up with some last-minute matters, so I had to send my people instead. I hope it didn't alarm Mr. Ruiz."
