She's not a saint who can forgive everyone who hurts her. Aurelia Wood has always been someone who retaliates against any slight; if others make her life difficult, she won't let things go their way.

Aurelia smiled and held Kevin's hand. "Kevin, I really don't want you to fall out with your family because of me."
Hearing this, Kevin felt a warmth in his heart.
He firmly held her hand back, brought it to his lips, and kissed her fingers. "I'll handle it, don't worry."
She wanted to persuade him a bit more, but Kevin interrupted her. "What do you want to eat? I'll go get it for you."
"I want to go home. Can I not stay here?"
"No, you need to stay in bed and rest now. The doctor said you'll be discharged when it's time."
"Ah? Then won't I be bored to death every day, lying here doing nothing?"
