Watching the little Rabina wildly swatting her small paws, the CEO couldn't help but laugh.
"Uncle, give it back to me, quickly!"
Nia Mitchell pouted her lips impatiently, stomping her foot.
"No."
Maxwell Peary clutched her phone but refused to return it, wondering why she wasn't more agitated today.
So she was actually busy chatting with other men. Other men… Thinking about this, Maxwell wished he could extinguish the entire world.
"Come on, let's go to the old mansion."
He said, slipping Nia's phone into his pocket and grabbing her hand to leave.
"Uncle, give it back to me. What exactly did you say to Charles Northwood?"
Nia was particularly curious, especially since Charles Northwood didn't even call.
Could it be that he simply replied with something like, 'My phone is out of battery, I'm getting in my car,' or something along those lines?
"Once we get to the old mansion, just stick close to me."
