Vera Wave, being new to this industry, didn't understand such tricks and simply assumed she had stood in the wrong place.
"Oh, Director... I'm sorry!"
Director Song, not wanting to make it too obvious, just raised a hand. "Next time, pay attention to the camera. Everyone, get ready."
And so, the scene was reshot. Irene Spencer knew when to pull back and didn't push things too far, keen to avoid the director's displeasure.
After a whole morning's effort, they finally managed to shoot the scene successfully.
Assistant Anabel Wilton immediately rushed over, handing Irene water and a jacket. She glanced sideways at Vera. "Ms. Spencer, we need to hurry. If we don't leave now, we'll be late for the noon event."
Irene Spencer feigned a troubled expression as she looked at Director Song. "Director, what do you think?"
Director Song pondered for a moment. "You go ahead. We'll shoot something else first."
