Phoebe stood up from the carpet, her face calm.
It was as if he hadn't noticed the coldness in Ivana Bennett's eyes; his expression was as if he had walked in with great confidence.
Ivana Bennett pursed her lips, "Come with me!"
Taking Phoebe out of the room, Ivana led him straight to an office room diagonally opposite.
"I think I've made myself very clear to you."
Ivana's tone was not very polite.
"If I can come in, it means others can come in too." Phoebe shrugged. "The Royal Palace's security measures are inadequate."
"That's because it's you. If it were someone else, do you think the bodyguards and butler would let you see the two kids?"
Phoebe turned his face from the window to look at her and asked back.
"What if it's another person familiar to both the bodyguards and the butler?"
Ivana was at a loss for words.
His question was sharp and pointed, hitting the crux of the issue instantly.
