Kasper Edith carefully took the little one and walked towards the inner cabin, Olivia Parker followed him in to help settle the little one on the bed.
Then, the two of them tiptoed out of the room, and Kasper Edith grabbed her wrist.
"Olivia, have a drink with me, I have something to say to you."
The two of them went upstairs together. Olivia Parker sat down on the sofa in front of the floor-to-ceiling window, and Kasper Edith went over to pour two glasses of wine.
One glass for her, the other one in his own hand.
Sitting on the sofa opposite her, he drank his wine one sip at a time, but didn't speak for a long while.
Olivia Parker didn't rush him, she just sipped her wine gently, waiting for him to speak.
It wasn't until he finished the entire glass of wine that Kasper Edith took a deep breath and spoke.
