At the mention of antiques, Fifteen instantly perked up.
"The jade is incredibly clear in texture and color, and for something this old there's practically no damage at all. That's extremely rare." Fifteen fixed her gaze on the jade box in his hand. "You could say it's almost perfect."
Phoebe held out his palm to her. "Spend one night with me, and it's yours."
What did he take her for?
Did he think she was a fox who'd do anything for money?
Fifteen arched a brow, about to snap back, but then thought better of it and changed her mind.
"Really?"
"You should know, I always keep my word."
"Then…" Fifteen lifted her face, her dark eyes meeting his pale irises. "Will you let me go?"
Phoebe raised his hand, brushing the back of his finger lightly along her cheek, wiping away a droplet of water there.
"If I have a good time tonight, it's not impossible."
